The undersigned, who signs his or her participation in “The Camino by the Sea”, declares: “That he or she accepts and assumes any responsibility that may arise from failure to comply with the rules or instructions issued by the organisation in the course of the Voyage, to comply with the provisions in force of both the Marine and Sports Authorities and to comply with whatever may occur as a result of not strictly complying with what is established”. With this declaration and as far as the undersigned is concerned, they relieve the organisation and any body or natural person involved in the organisation of all responsibility, and in any capacity, assuming responsibility for any damage or injury that may be considered in the participation of their person, not submitting to any court or tribunal any matter relating to such decision and its consequences.
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulation RD1720/2007, we inform you that the personal data you provide us with will not be used for any other purpose. The information you provide to us voluntarily by any of our means of information collection will be incorporated into automated files and/or personal data processing manuals duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. These files are intended for professional management by the Organization. The data incorporated in them will be treated confidentially and will only be transferred in the cases provided for by law, and only the images and videos captured during the event will be disseminated in the media and social networks or used for promotional videos. The data you have provided us with prior to this communication will also be incorporated into our files, for the purposes described above and without prejudice to the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation, by writing (attaching photocopy of ID card) addressed to the Organization.
Limited number of places. For organizational reasons, the right of admission is reserved in case of exceeding the maximum number of boats by criteria of organization and safety of crews or boats, the order of registration will be followed in case of exclusion and this will be determined by the date of entry of the registration.

Skippers must sign the registration form before departure.
